  1. Select the CINCOfit location that you joined.
  2. Login or create an account.
    • Your username will be the email address of the primary member on your CINCOfit membership account.
    • Create a password.
  3. Click “Packages” in the left hand navigation.
  4. Select the F.A.T. Method Program.
