Thanksgiving Day Dumbbell Workout:
Warm-up:

- 3 minutes of jumping jacks or marching in place
- Stretching focusing on arms, legs, and back
Dumbbell Circuit: (Repeat for 3 rounds)

- Dumbbell Squats: 15 reps
- Dumbbell Row: 15 reps each arm
- Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 15 reps
- Dumbbell Lunges: 15 reps each leg
- Dumbbell Bicep Curls: 15 reps
Cool Down:

- 5 minutes of stretching focusing on all major muscle groups
Remember to stay hydrated, maintain proper form, and adjust the weights as needed.
