Thanksgiving Day Dumbbell Workout:

Warm-up:

    • 3 minutes of jumping jacks or marching in place
    • Stretching focusing on arms, legs, and back

Dumbbell Circuit: (Repeat for 3 rounds)

    • Dumbbell Squats: 15 reps
    • Dumbbell Row: 15 reps each arm
    • Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 15 reps
    • Dumbbell Lunges: 15 reps each leg
    • Dumbbell Bicep Curls: 15 reps

Cool Down:

    • 5 minutes of stretching focusing on all major muscle groups

Remember to stay hydrated, maintain proper form, and adjust the weights as needed.
