At CINCOfit, Anna and Joshua May hope to pass on their passion for fitness and running to the community. They also aspire to help as many Katy residents reach their fitness goals, whether that means simply providing a facility for them, finding groups for them to train with, or helping them with individualized workout plans.

WHO CAN BE ON A MEMBERSHIP TOGETHER?
Couple and family memberships are for members of the same household.
I LOST MY KEY TAG, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Stop by during staffed hours to get a new key tag. Lost, stolen, or damaged key tags can be replaced for $5.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
No, our memberships are month-to-month. Membership cancellation requires a written notice via email. You will receive a confirmation email within 3 business days. After receiving the email cancellation, you will be billed one last time (no prorated dues) and your key tag will work for one month after your last bill date. There is no cancellation required for paid in full memberships. Paid in full memberships automatically expire at the end of the term and do not automatically renew.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

do you offer personal training?
Yes, we have training to meet every need and every budget. We offer one-on-one personal training as well as small group training. Please see our individual club pages for personal training options.
What is the guest policy?
Members may bring guests for a daily fee of $10 per guest. Before attending CINCOfit, guests must complete the release waiver and pay the daily guest fee.
how do i become a member?
Join online or enroll in person at CINCOfit during staffed hours (see bottom of page). To schedule an appointment, please email or call: 281.371.2004.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO JOIN?
Children under the age of 18 are allowed to workout with adult supervision. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to purchase an individual membership.
WHAT HOURS IS CINCOFIT OPEN?
We never close…24/7/365! However, we are not staffed at all times. Please see the bottom of the page for staffed hours.
IS THERE AN ENROLLMENT FEE?
Yes, there is a one-time $49 fee to join per membership (not per member). However, the enrollment fee is waived for prepaid memberships or if you hire a personal trainer.
does cincofit offer childcare?
No, we do not offer childcare.
does cincofit offer group fitness?
We currently do not have group fitness classes; however we do offer small group training. Please see our individual club pages for small group training options.
